KB Valve Technology's New Model

KB Valve Technology’s new model has significantly improved product quality by utilizing precision casting methods (see attached photo).
1. Enhanced Appearance: The use of ceramic molds in the precision casting process results in a smoother surface and more aesthetically pleasing finish compared to traditional methods.
2. Reduced Processing Time: The near-net shape casting allows for reduced machining schedules and processing time, enabling faster product delivery.
3. Fewer Casting Defects: Compared to traditional casting methods, there are fewer defects, minimizing the need for post-processing, such as repair welding.
